The Maison Riverain development broke ground in October 2022 and is ideally situated on the banks of the Rideau River with views of the Parliament buildings and the Gatineau Hills. It’s a short 10-minute drive from the downtown core and only 5 minutes from the ByWard Market, Ottawa’s premier shopping and dining destination. Once completed, the project will provide over 1000 much-needed rental units to the Ottawa market.

Key Requirements and Strategies

Projects of this scale require extensive expertise in planning and implementation. Equiton has a proven track record of managing all development project phases. Through expert management at all stages of the development project, positive cash flow and development profits are expected as each development phase is completed and becomes rental-ready. Now under construction, the project expects to welcome its first tenants in mid-2025. Once complete, Maison Riverain will operate as a newly constructed building and will be a strong addition to our portfolio.
