Jonathan Fleischer brings over three decades of leadership experience in the commercial and multi-residential real estate sector. Having built an exemplary career across North America, Europe, and Africa, Jonathan has held senior executive roles leading large-scale property and asset management operations, strategic development initiatives, and organizational transformations. His expertise spans a broad spectrum of areas including leasing, acquisitions, development, ESG implementation, and operations optimization.

Throughout his career, Jonathan’s strategic leadership has helped shape high-performing teams, drive growth across diverse markets, and introduce forward-thinking initiatives in sustainability, technology, and resident experience.

At Equiton Living, Jonathan is responsible for delivering the division’s strategic and operational objectives across operations, finance, and property management. As a results-driven leader, he plays a pivotal role in driving the long-term success and growth of the business.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Commercial Law and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Property Economics and Finance, both from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. He has also been actively involved in the real estate industry through board memberships and leadership positions in prominent real estate associations.
