Jason Roque

Jason is the CEO and founder of Equiton. With more than 25 years of experience in real estate finance, development and investment, Jason brings deep industry knowledge and strategic insight to his leadership of Equiton. Over the course of his career, he has successfully overseen every aspect of the real estate investment life cycle, including acquisitions, financing, government approvals, construction and operations management. His development expertise and entrepreneurial mindset have been instrumental in shaping Equiton’s trajectory and driving its continued growth.

Under Jason’s visionary leadership, Equiton has become recognized for its rigorous due diligence, operational excellence and client-first culture. He remains deeply committed to maximizing returns for investors and partners while upholding the highest standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism.

In recognition of his leadership, Jason was named CEO of the Year by Wealth Professional in 2025.

Jason received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Toronto.
