Roberto Geremia

Roberto Geremia has over 30 years of experience in real estate, finance, governance, and strategic consulting. He served as President of Boardwalk REIT, a publicly traded company with an enterprise value exceeding $6 billion, and co-founded RKG Consulting, advising organizations on strategy, operations, finance, ESG, and impact.

Roberto has deep expertise in corporate governance, financial stewardship, and real estate investment and operations and has served as a senior advisor to boards and executive teams, providing guidance on risk management, capital markets, and organizational transformation. He holds the FCPA, FCA, and ICD.D designations and has also contributed to education as a sessional instructor at the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business, bringing strategic, operational, and governance insight to his board work.
