Jonathan Brimmell

Jonathan Brimmell has spent over 25 years leading real estate operations. His extensive background spans multi-residential, commercial, and retail asset management across multiple provinces.

Before joining Equiton, Jonathan led large portfolios at top real estate firms, driving double-digit NOI growth, reducing vacancies, and enhancing property performance. He has extensive experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, executing renovations, and integrating technology, all while building high-performing teams through collaborative leadership.

At Equiton, Jonathan leads the strategic and day-to-day operations of our residential property portfolio. He strives to deliver an exceptional resident experience, and drives Equiton’s growth through leadership, innovation, and a performance-focused approach.

Jonathan is a graduate of the IVEY Executive Leadership Program at the IVEY Business School and holds a CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC). He also studied Psychology and Business at Lakehead University.
