Our Income & Development Fund provides access to a diversified portfolio of institutional-grade real estate assets including income producing (commercial/industrial/lending) as well as development projects. Distributions are made up of cash flow derived from rental income, capital appreciation from property value growth and special distributions from the completion of development projects. Targeted Annual Net Return: of 12%‑16%* (over 10-year period).

Income Generation
Monthly rental income derived from a portfolio of income-producing assets.
Equity Growth
As mortgage principal is repaid, the Fund’s ownership interest (equity) in the properties may increase over time.
Property Value Appreciation
The market value of the properties may change over time, influenced by market conditions and improvements made to the assets.
Special Distributions
Special distributions upon the completion and disposition of development projects.
