Kelly Margaritis

With over 20 years of experience advising asset management, private equity, and financial services organizations, Kelly Margaritis brings deep expertise at the intersection of law, regulation, and business strategy. Her background includes leading legal functions, advising senior executives and boards, managing complex regulatory matters, and supporting the launch and governance of investment products across multiple jurisdictions.

At Equiton, Kelly provides strategic legal counsel to our executive leadership, oversees corporate governance and regulatory matters, supports real estate and investment transactions, and manages external legal partners to ensure strong alignment with business objectives.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University and a Juris Doctor from Queens University. She also holds a Master of Laws in Securities Law from the University of Toronto and is licensed to practice law in Ontario. Her academic training and professional experience support a practical, business-minded approach to legal risk management and compliance.
