Ali Salahuddin

Ali Salahuddin is a senior financial services executive with over 25 years of experience in capital markets, investment management, and global business leadership. He has held senior roles including Managing Director and Head of Structured Products at Laurentian Bank Securities and is the Founder and President of AS Management Corp., where he has built and grown profitable business lines.

Ali brings extensive governance experience, serving on multiple boards and committees, including the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario, Branksome Hall Asia and Canada, and several technology advisory boards. He has deep expertise in audit, finance, risk management, and strategic planning, and has overseen investments, technology transformation initiatives, and complex financial operations across Canada, the US, UK, and Asia. He holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation and is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D) program, bringing global perspective and strategic insight to board oversight.
