Braiden Goodchild

Braiden Goodchild has nearly 15 years of experience in real estate capital markets, investment banking, and advisory, with a proven track record of strategic fundraising on a global scale. In his most recent roles, working across North America and Europe, he advised institutional investors, family offices, and global investment platforms on capital raising initiatives, fund structures, and strategic acquisitions, including high-profile mandates across the living sector (multifamily, seniors, and student housing), industrial, and retail.

At Equiton, Braiden oversees institutional capital formation by developing and executing strategic partnerships and transactions with pensions, insurance companies, life insurance corporations, and family offices.

Braiden holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the Schulich School of Business, a Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate from the University of Guelph and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. Outside of work, Braiden enjoys skiing and golf, reading classical fiction and working on DIY projects.
