Vivian Salonga is an accomplished compliance, risk management, and operations professional with more than 20 years of experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments. She brings proven leadership in complex operational divisions, strategic planning, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance, including engaging with regulators and overseeing responses to inquiries. Vivian is recognized for her ability to build strong business partnerships and for her dedication to developing high-performing teams through education, training, empowerment, and recognition.

At Equiton, Vivian plays a key role in strengthening and advancing the compliance function, ensuring the firm consistently meets regulatory obligations while supporting growth and innovation. She oversees compliance across all investment entities and partners closely with business leaders to foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and risk awareness.

Vivian holds a Business – Finance Diploma from Sheridan College, as well as her CIM designation. She has also served as a Board Member with the Children’s Aid Foundation of Halton.
