EQUITON PARTNERS ANNOUNCES BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR ITS RESIDENTIAL INCOME FUND
BURLINGTON, ON, July 19, 2016 – Equiton Partners today announced the appointment of three independent members to its recently formed board of trustees for its Residential Income Fund Trust.
“As part of our commitment to responsibly handling our clients’ investments, we’ve put in place a board of trustees, who will provide guidance and are at arm’s length of decisions made at the staff and directorate level,” said Chief Executive Officer Jason Roque.
The board includes John Miron, Don Walker and David Hamilton. Combined, this select group has a broad range of work and advisory experience in real estate, law, finance and banking dealing with national and international transactions, corporations and private and public institutions.
