BURLINGTON, ON, July 18, 2016 – Equiton Residential Income Fund has closed on property portfolio in Brantford, Ontario. The properties comprise a total of 104 units with three adjacent buildings located at 120, 126 and 130 St. Paul Avenue and one building located at 19 Lynwood Drive in Brantford. These properties are within walking distance of local amenities and schools. They also have easy access to the Wayne Gretzky Parkway and Highway 403, making them just 30 minutes from Hamilton and the GTA.
The buildings are well maintained and Equiton believes there is an opportunity for value-added improvements and operational efficiencies.
