Martha Varinsky

Martha is a senior executive with over 25 years of human resources, culture and leadership experience. She has an entrepreneurial mindset and a demonstrated ability to translate organizational needs into practical solutions.  As a true team player, she partners with leaderships to build organizational capabilities, effectiveness, and employee engagement. Martha has expertise in strategic planning, change management and implementing highly effective HR business models. 

At Equiton, Martha is responsible for delivering talent management initiatives that support the overall company strategy. 

Martha holds an Honours BA Linguistics & Modern Languages from McMaster University, a Post-Graduate, Human Resources from Sheridan College and an Executive Leadership Certificate from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
