The character building is comprised of 54 units and is located at 383-385 Wellington Street West in Chatham. The property is in a premium location with healthy rental demand, is very accessible by public transit, and minutes from local amenities and schools. The property has easy access to Highway 401 and is located within one hour of approximately one million residents.
